Returns and Complaints

We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you want a refund or exchange for any reason, please contact our customer care team:

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days to send us back any items you don’t like to keep. We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All products must be unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.

Once you contact us, we will send you a link which you can use to quickly and securely process your return.
The return cost is the same as the shipping cost.
Ship back: Ship the package back to us (see address below). We then send you an email once we have received and processed your return:
