Delivery

We deliver to the following countries:
Europe: all countries in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland and Norway.
All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Błonie, Poland. We ship all orders in the European Union via UPS.

DELIVERY TIME & COSTS
We endeavour to ship all orders within one working day. During busier periods it may take up to three. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Free delivery on orders above 150 EUR
Orders are dispatched up to three-five business days, and they are delivered by UPS.

  • Germany & Austria: delivery time 2-3 business days, shipping cost: €4.95
  • France: delivery time 3-4 business days; shipping cost: €5.90
  • Netherlands: delivery time 3 business days; shipping cost: €4.90
  • Italy: delivery time 3-4 business days; shipping cost: €5.90
  • UK: delivery time 5-7 business days; shipping cost: €7.90
  • Belgium: delivery time 3 business days; shipping cost: €4.95
  • Denmark: delivery time 3 business days; shipping cost: €4.95
  • Ireland: delivery time 4 business days; shipping cost: €8.45
  • Spain: delivery time 4-5 business days; shipping cost: €5.90
  • Portugal: delivery time 4-5 business days; shipping cost: €6.90
  • Sweden: delivery time 4-6 business days; shipping cost: €6.99
  • Finland: delivery time 5-7 business days; shipping cost: €7.20
  • Norway: delivery time 4-7 business days; shipping cost: €14.00

The applicable shipping fees will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes before you submit your order.

Delivery times are guidelines (for standard shipping) only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame. We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order.
Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you per email if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.

TRACKING
We use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online. You will also be able to follow the shipment of our order in the “My Orders” section in your account.
